Communication is important to a Project. When a leader had communicated a set of instructions, please ensure the member do understand the instructions, messages and the steps that he needs to execute. Sometimes, the member could be understand the instructions and interpret it into a different message in his mind. In order to be on the safe side, the leader must ensure the member understands the communication and message being passed to him.
Imagine, the leader ask the member to generate a report. The leader had provided the member the relevant information to produce a report. The member could interpret the message differently and generate a different report. This thus causes the team to be on stand still.
