Though Project Manager delegate jobs / tasks to team member. Do provide time for the team members to work on it.
As a project manager, you should constantly monitor the team’s deliverable so that the project schedule is not affected.
Do not follow up so close till you give team member the sense of or feeling of micro managing.
Instead set a timeline for the project team member, check with deliverable as the date draws nearer. Seek clarity from the member, is there any issues/ challenges that they faced.
Give them time to work on it.
