Community Work – Part 4


You may divert your attention from your stressful work to some community work such as old folks home, orphanage and some others. Many of these organizations are seeking for volunteers to offer their assistance. The organizations do also have some interesting activities that allow you to interact with new friends. Thus your circle of friends will be bigger and you can then share experiences with them. Who knows your new friend might be able to give you some tips and tricks in reducing your stress.

You will feel at ease as you are giving someone a helping hand. Thus you will be rewarded in terms of happiness and considerate.

Sports – Part 3


If you do not have a sport, I would recommend you pick up one, like badminton, squash and some others. This is because a sport will allow your mental, physical body to divert the attention to not focus on your stressful work; in contrary, it relaxes your mind and assists to get yourself healthy.

In playing physical strenuous sports, you will tend to perspire. Thus it helps to reduce your weight and discharge unwanted chemical through your body. Some sports requires team effort, thus this will increases your circle of friends without knowing it. Once you have more friends, you will then be able to pay more attention in getting to know about them. Thus you focus less on your stress issues.

Hobbies – Part 2


Hobbies not only able to sustain you from going on, it will lead you to engross into your doing. If you are keen in your hobbies, you will love to do; inhabit into your hobbies so much so that you will forget about your stress. Examples of such hobbies like singing, reading. If you sing often, you will tend to put the stress aside and focus on your vocal. Reading not only can increase your mental thoughts, it also increases your general knowledge.
